The products will be delivered by the express courier in charge or by someone on his behalf to the address indicated which cannot be changed once the order has been taken over. The purchased products are delivered in the shortest possible time. Engraving customization
Adding names or initials to products does not involve additional delivery time: our craftsmen will engrave the initials on the item already in stock at the time of order. Once the engraving is complete, the order is shipped within the usual standard delivery times shown during purchase.

Full bespoke customization
For complete customization of the items, our craftsmen will begin crafting the unique pieces once the order is received: in this case, production and delivery times are generally 3-5 weeks, as indicated and confirmed at checkout.
